Families’ needs do not always fit neatly into one program. EOAC connects families to opportunities, resources, and support across our programs so they can take the next step toward lasting stability.
Children

Education & Careers

Helping individuals gain skills and certifications that lead to stable careers — from truck driving to culinary arts and more.
Energy Assistance
Short-term help with electricity and gas bills, plus weatherization upgrades that make homes safer and more efficient for the future.
Emergency Assistance
Immediate help for families in crisis, with support that restores stability when life takes a difficult turn.
Share a Concern
This form may be used by program participants, applicants, family members, community partners, or members of the public to share a concern about EOAC services. Your submission will be reviewed and routed to the appropriate staff for follow-up.
