On Friday, November 21, more than 175 EOAC staff members will step out of their offices, classrooms, and worksites to give back in a new way — by volunteering with local nonprofits across the Heart of Texas!
As a Community Action Agency and local nonprofit, EOAC serves our nine-county region every day through programs that support children, families, and individuals in need. But this special day is about something even more hands-on — rolling up our sleeves and serving side by side with our community partners.

- Talitha Koum Institute
- Mission Waco, Mission World
- Compassion Waco
- Habitat for Humanity

Each of these incredible organizations plays a vital role in strengthening our community — from providing food and shelter to empowering families and creating opportunities for a better tomorrow.

This All Staff Volunteer Day is more than an event — it’s a reflection of who we are. At EOAC, service isn’t just part of our work; it’s part of our heart.
