We’re proud to share some exciting news! EOAC has successfully completed our 2025 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Organizational Standards Review — achieving a 100% compliance score, the highest possible rating!
The CSBG Organizational Standards Review is a comprehensive evaluation required of all Community Action Agencies nationwide. It measures performance and compliance across dozens of key areas, including governance, financial management, data integrity, human resources, and community impact.
Achieving a perfect score demonstrates EOAC’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and excellence in every aspect of our work. It reflects the dedication of our staff, the strong leadership of our board, and the shared vision that drives our mission forward each day.
