Of Planning Region XI

Community Programming was designed to meet the increasing need for emergency aid and resource referral.

Services are provided through programs such as the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program. Community Programming provides prevention and intervention services to children and families in need.

Another important aspect is to help the community become aware of the variety of service agencies available at the local level and to link families with community services.
